Terms and Conditions
While undertaking Tours, Transportation, Hotel Accommodation and other Services we only act as an agent. There must be clear understanding that we will not be in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by Jungle Home, its employees or agents. All booking are accepted with most care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond company’s control. Jungle Home reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is offensive OR incompatible with the comfort of other clients and Jungle Home shall be under no further liability thereafter to such person.
Jungle Home does not own or control coach or other facilities mentioned (Trekking, Safari, bird watching, etc). As an operator therefore, we cannot be held liable.
- a. Where there has been no fault on the part of Jungle Home, supplier or agents.
b. Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
c. Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday / stay / service and is
unforeseeable or unavoidable.
d. Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your / our control.
e. Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.
We do our best to give guests staying on any of our properties, an enjoyable and trouble free stay but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform the in charge person at the time at site in Jungle Home, Thorapalli, Gudalur, we will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify Jungle Home within 14 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Jungle Home shall be governed by Jurisdiction of India under the courts of Gudalur, Nilgiri District.
3. The Booking / Reservation shall be confirmed from our office after the receipt of full payment in advance.
4. Pro-ponement/postponement of any booking will be treated as cancellation and liable for cancellation charges as mentioned
5.Jungle Home has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received
6. Neither reductions nor refunds will be made if guests choose not to make full use of any of the resort activities included in the
7.Deposit and balance are refundable at any time, as per cancellation policy
8.Insurance - We carry no insurance liability. Please get insurance cover prior to commencement of the tour.

10. Cancellation / Refund Policy
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing either by fax or email. In any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received in our office in Bangalore. The person who signed the booking form or made the booking must also sign the letter / approve of cancellation.
As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:
